56 day challenge

If you are up for challenge and really want to see a difference in your body shape, health and your fitness, then our 56 day challenge is for you. 8-week fitness classes: 3 Bollyfitness classes or 2 Bollyfitness classes and 1 Bollyoga per week

Week 1 - Body measurements (hormonal profile) , hydration, introductions, photo's (before and after's) & access to Facebook group.

Week 2 - Nutrition info - dairy / gluten/ wheat free. Fresh is best.

Week 3 - Detox information. Why its important to detox and why toxins could cause you to gain weight and hold on to that weight.

Week 4 - Sleep and stress - they keys to sustainable weight loss

Week 5 - Spot reducing fat - possible through diet and nutrition. Lifestyle analysis - get better idea of how key systems are functioning and what requires assistance.

Week 6 - Acid v Alkaline - PH my way to health

Week 7 - Limiting toxic build up - 80% toxins come from the home. Dirty Dozen and clean 15.

Week 8 - Measurements, conclusions, photos, plans for maintaining health and weight loss.

The cost of the challenge is £99 per course (£115 with Bollyoga)

Nutrition

This package is aimed at transforming your nutritional intake over a 6 week period to offer you a wealth of personal benefits.We will achieve this through creating a detailed plan based on your specific requirements and tastes. Clients can expect to lose weight, have increased energy levels, improved sleep and general wellbeing through changing the foods they eat.The six week nutrition package includes:

  • 6 x 30 minute sessions at the studio over 6 weeks
  • 1 x personalised food workshop at your home (1 hour)
  • Unlimited support and personal advice between sessions
  • Weekly detailed nutrition plan including recipes
  • Supplement protocol

Why use supplements?

Most people do not get enough nutrients through food alone – studies show that the nutrients in foods have declined significantly over the last 70 years due to over using soil, using chemical fertilizers and general erosion in the quality and therefore the nutrients in our soil. Lack of nutrients in the soil means a lack of essential goodness in our foods, meaning we can become malnourished and more susceptible to ill health.

Through quality supplementation we can improve the key systems in the body (digestive/nervous/respiratory/intestinal/immune/urinary/glandular/circulatory). If one of your body’s systems is out of sync or under-performing, this can have a knock on effect. Home Visit: £1,260 up-front or £430.00 per month (£35.00 per session)

12 Week Gold Package

This package is for clients who want to achieve more dynamic results and are prepared to include one workout per week on their own. This programme includes:

  • 2 x 1 hour Personal Training Sessions per week (24 sessions)
  • Unlimited support, personal advice and motivation between sessions
  • Nutritional advice
  • Supplement advice
  • Body measurements
  • Home workout plan to complete between sessions
  • Lifestyle analysis

Studio: £780.00 up-front or £270.00 per month (£32.50 per session)

Home Visit: £888.00 up-front or £303.00 per month (£37.00 per session)

12 Week Silver Package

This package is for clients who want to achieve fantastic results and feel they have the motivation to complete two home workouts alone each week. The silver package includes:

  • 1 x 1 hour Personal Training Session per week (12 total)
  • Unlimited support, personal advice and motivation between sessions
  • Nutritional advice
  • Supplement advice

Studio: £420 up-front or £145 per month (£35 per session)

6 Week Starter Package

This package is aimed at those who find it difficult to make the necessary changes to their lifestyle. Our starter package includes:
